Stop guessing: Use AI to understand customer conversations


re:Invent 2019 event catalog description:

You don’t need to be a data scientist to build an AI application. In this workshop, we show you how to use AWS AI services to build a serverless application that you can use to understand your customer interactions. Analyze call-center recordings with the help of automatic speech recognition, translation, and natural language processing (NLP). Get hands-on by producing your own call recordings using Amazon Connect. In the last step of this workshop, set up a processing pipeline to automate transcription and NLP analysis, and run analytics and visualizations on the results.

This website is made to guide you through the workshop. It will explain the workload you are going to build, then it will support you with guiding you through each of the labs.

We are aware that not every participant has the same level of experience with AWS and maybe not every participant is a developer. Therefore, we offer two paths to follow: An exploration path for less experienced, or even non-technical participants. And a deep dive path for more experienced participants that rather addresses developers.
